General Terms and Conditions

 

1. The studies, sketches and finished works are and remain the property of the Ambypriya.

2. Each design shall be treated carefully and must not undergo any changes without the explicit permission of the illustrator.                                                     Only the illustrator can make changes or alteration before or during execution of the finished work.

3. Short-term requests for Illustrations, anything less then 7 working days  will have an additional cost.

4. The overall pricing includes the discussions, the research for the illustrations, the illustration process itself and the final adjustments until you are satisfied

5. Assignment shall only be started after signing a  receipt of agreement for order confirmation.

6. Services shall be invoiced  on basis of hourly rate.

7. The request up to three changes will be accepted anything after that will be charged extra from initial agreed fees.

8. There may be some cases where the artwork is rejected. Following rejection/cancellation fee will be applicable

       If cancelled after the sketch - 25% of agreed fee, 33-50 % if rejected midway,

       100% of agreed fee if commission is cancelled after final submission of draft .

4. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

5.  If you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

6. We would never exchange or give away your personal information collected from you to other companies or outside parties. Although we cannot guarantee absolute security of the information.
